Starting under an Oak Tree as a prayer band, The SDBF Establishment has been standing over years, under the word of God, indeed "Taking the Nation by Storm, One Soul at a Time." Expanding to multiple locations, we have opened up even the more to deliverance, healing, revival, impact, change, restoration, salvation, any many ways of outreach to many people we have came in contact with, through the hand of God.

Since the year 2000, the Strong Deliverance church has been under the Apostolic doctrine, and under the teachings of Jesus Christ, under the covering of our Senior Apostle. We are a ministry driven to Holiness, & The guidelines and standards to eternal life with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

As it pertains to our ministry, we take our mission very seriously. We are a ministry of Outreach, helping hands, bible teaching, love and unity, all with a faith-drawing commission. Our mission is to lead everyone, everywhere into the hands of salvation through the Name of Jesus Christ, who bled and died for all of our sins. We teach a standard to all, commencing all to a better, holy-like standard, Under God.

1993-1997

The vision for the ministry of Strong Deliverance by Faith was given to Willie Howard Jr. at the age of 14 when the Lord spoke the name into his spirit. However, it wasn't until the age of 18 when he accepted and began to walk in the preaching and prophetic ministry. One evening after coming home from a family event, Willie Howard Jr. was praying under an Oak Tree next to his home in Prichard, Alabama and the anointing from the prayer caused people to be drawn and experience the presence of God like they had never experienced before. This event caused a prayer band to be birthed, where he went from house to house praying & flowing in the spirit of the Living God and many souls were converted, healed & delivered.

2000-2002

As time went on, people began to join the prayer band as they would a ministry, which was soon to come. In 2002, recognizing the call to the pastoral, Bishop James Austin (Songs of Deliverance) consecrated Prophet Howard to the office of Pastor and the vision God gave him at the age of 14 had now been manifested at age of 22. As Pastor Howard allowed the Holy Ghost to have is way in the ministry, God allowed him access to the apostolic anointing in which more souls were set free demonic possession and oppression and filled with the Holy Ghost. This quickly made the church become known as "the church on 45" in relation to its location (Highway 45 in Prichard, AL). During services, people would walk in from the streets and experience the transforming power of God and leave with a changed countenance. The Lord even allowed him to be used to raise the dead!

2002-2004

During this advancement in the anointing, God came to Pastor Howard in a dream and called him into the office of an apostle, in which he was ultimately consecrated into in 2004, by Apostle Daryl Patterson (Triumph the Church and Kingdon of God in Christ Inc.). Apostle Howard, then, continued to do the work of the Lord and helped birth the five-fold ministry vessels that the Lord appointed.

2010-2015

In 2010, the Lord shifted the ministry to an unfamiliar place: having services inside his home in Mobile, Alabama. Though, it was unpopular, Apostle Howard obeyed the Lord and God continued to bless and the same power that had been experienced by the souls before continued on and the Lord allowed more people to be drawn to the ministry to be converted, healed, & set free for 4 years until the Lord allowed the ministry to move services to the building of His choice. After 2 months, the Lord allowed Strong Deliverance by Faith Apostolic Church to move into a larger building, after the growth was being noticed by Bishop Arthur Holmes, Sr (Senior Pastor of Kingdom of Faith and Overseer of Apostolic Latter Day Christian Ministries), Apostle Howard's God-given spiritual father.

In 2015, God then allowed Apostle Howard to expand the vision into Strong Deliverance by Faith Apostolic Church #2, (Pastor Aldrick Northington; Now known as Way of Truth Victory Center, AMOJC), where the same power in #1 would abide.

2024-Current Day

In 2024, God then led Apostle Howard to have service following scripture, on the Sabbath Day, which only led to many more signs of demonstration and signs and wonders. To this day, we abide by scripture following that order, Worshipping The Lord on the day that he rested, and keeping it holy.

On and on, God continued to allow this ministry to expand, Not only being the HQ of Strong Deliverance, but also of The AMOJC (The Apostolic Movement of Jesus Christ). In the same year, around September, God called one of his sons in the ministry, Pastor Samuel King-Black, to pastoralship; Today, the church is known as Strong Deliverance By Faith Pensacola, and again, the power that flows through the HQ, The same abides.

God continues to allow His presence to reign and people continue to be healed and delivered from demonic spirits when they come in contact with this ministry. The advancements in the Spirit has brought many trials for the ministry, but the Lord continues to remarkably bless and protect this God-given ministry as all its participants continue to fulfill their end-time assignment to impact the nation with strong deliverance. In spite of every attack from the enemy, Strong Deliverance has stood together in tears, praise, worship and prayer.

This ministry has proven that Hell can't stop this church!

Our Leader and Core Staff Team

Senior Apostle - Apostle Dr. Willie R. Howard Jr.

Our Leader, The leader of the Strong Deliverance By Faith Establishment, And The Senior Apostle of the Apostolic Movement of Jesus Christ, was born and raised in Prichard, Alabama, to be precise, Haig Street, where his ministry begun under the oak tree with the youth. People were slayed everywhere, under the power of God.

Born May 29, 1979, God had called him from a young age, into the ministry. At the age of 18, He accepted his call. A great man, who is also an author, a writer of 2 published books ("The Church That Was Birthed Out of Wedlock", Published January of 2025; & Hear The Councils, Published March of 2025), and more books awaiting. A graduate of Vigor High School, Class of 98', where he started the Superior Steppers, and The Students Making A Difference Program, He resided in Prichard practically his whole life, until the age of 17 years.

Today, Married with 10 biological, and multiple spiritual and adopted children, His vision with the ministry has expanded, to the areas of Atmore, where Strong Deliverance By Faith International Worship Center (IWC) resided, even Florida (Strong Deliverance Pensacola), Tennessee (Strong Deliverance Nashville), and even more. Apostle Howard is also a Christian Counselor, under the counseling services of Restoring Warriors LLC.

God has expanded him to a Doctorate in Biblical Studies, which was given to him by ACGH Christian Bible Seminary College, in May of 2024. Apostle Howard has es He is currently doing the true work of an Apostle, traveling, establishing, building, and preaching doctrine.

Leading Elect-Lady - Lady Rhonda L. Howard

Then we have our Leading Lady! She was born June 2nd, 1984, In the hometown of The sweet Mobile, Alabama. At an early age, she found the man who found himself a good thing, and have been following him ever since.

Youth Pastor - Austin J. Porter

Starting Ministry at the age of 16, this anointed Prophet-In-Training, has been placed over the youth, and have been carrying it ever since. He has been doing the excellent job of a youth pastor, fulling the goals needed for the mission in the kingdom.

Born July 5th, 2007, in Mobile, Alabama, a old soul, and a kid of humility and humor, Austin is a former student of Williamson High School and Preparatory Academy, Where he played in in the Williamson Mighty Marching Lions Band, where his instructor was first Mr. Kennard Patton, then later on, Mr. Deshawn Sewer. He also participated in JROTC, and even took place in chorus. He was also known for being in Theatre classes, where he performed his notable "Stepping To The Bad Side" broadway show. He is now a student of Accel Academy in Mobile, Alabama, where he plans to graduate.

A child with many talents, The Media Tech, Intercessor, Psalmist, Drummer, Keyboardist, Mime Dancer, Graphic Designer, Photographer, and Preacher, God has gifted him with many things to keep him proactive in the ministry.

With multiple positions in the ministry, and one being the Chief Armor Bearer, Apostle Howard has poured much impartation into the life of this young man, allowing him to go in God, and Grow in his anointing. With that impartation, he has been able to impart wisdom into the lives of other young people All Youth Services, Events, and Plans are held by him unless said otherwise.

Apostle's Assistant - Aldrick D. Northington

Assistant, Servant, Intercessor, Pastor, Apostle, This man has a story to tell. A true authentic vessel of God, one who will certainly not back down against the enemy.

Apostle Aldrick Northington was born on October 19, 1991, to Andre Northington and Virginia Brown. Most of his life, he lived in a small town of Louisville, Al, and graduated from Barbour County High School in 2010. At the tender age of 14, he'd given his life to christ, saying yes to the call and course God set for him.

Currently, he's living in Mobile, Alabama, with his wife and daughter, Tiffany and Aveah. He serves as the Assistant Executive of the Apostolic Movement of Jesus Christ, in Mobile, Alabama, while pastoring Way of Truth Victory Center in Dothan, Alabama.

Among several achievements, Northington is also a Christian Fiction & Inspirational Novelist. His debut novel called Sanctuary Murder, was released in September of 2021. He continues to inspire a younger generation to submit to God and his will, knowing that all is possible if one believes.

Praise Team Leader - Kiva B. Roberts

You've seen her singing on live, and even in church! The oldest daughter in the Howard Family, from kid cartoon theme songs, to leading worship experiences, she has been anointed to make a sound since a young age. God allowed her to use her voice to bring shifting to many places, causing many people to be changed even through her singing. When you see Ms. Roberts, you see an anointed singing angel standing with her!

Head MD (Music Director) - Antonio J. Bolton

Also starting at a young age, Prophet Bolton is also one who has carried a load of positions in the ministry, from minister, to minstrel, to intercessor, and many more, Prophet Bolton has been working in every part of this ministry as much as he can, even from knee-high. From Minister as of 2014, to Prophet today as of 2025, He has been preaching in many areas, delivering souls in the name of Jesus Christ, as well as casting out demons, and bringing souls back to revival, all through the name of Jesus.

Head Drummer - Mordecai J. Carroll

Born 2004; Started playing drums at the age of 7 in 2010, Mordecai has showcased his God-gifted talent all throughout the ministry of both Apostle Howard, and Strong Deliverance. Never missing a beat, Mordecai has been in attendance to mostly every serviced held and fellowshipped with, within SD. An anointed drummer, can easily make a sound to shift atmospheres, within the cymbal of a drum set.
